Amplify your PQC’s Impact with Data

Is your PQC looking to:

  • create interactive dashboards to monitor quality improvement efforts

  • reduce manual reporting burden

  • integrate data from multiple sources, including hospital-reported data, claims data, and vital records

  • generate reports for hospitals, funders, and stakeholders

  • improve data quality, timeliness, and accessibility

  • demonstrate impact more effectively to funders and stakeholders

  • better support hospitals participating in quality improvement initiatives

  • enhance data-driven decision-making

  • access modern dashboards and analytics tools, and

  • focus more time on improving maternal and infant health outcomes?

Our team can provide the infrastructure, technical expertise, and ongoing support needed to help you achieve those goals. Through a partnership between Epifluence and the Colorado Hospital Association (CHA), we are offering a solution designed to help PQCs strengthen their data collection, reporting, analytics, and quality improvement capabilities without having to build everything from scratch.

Why this opportunity is different:

Rather than developing a new system from the ground up, this model builds on flexible and customizable infrastructure that is already being used to support a state PQC today. This allows participating PQCs to access advanced data capabilities more quickly, with less startup burden and lower long-term costs.

Our partnership offers a proven collaboration that is already successfully supporting PQC work. Together, we bring:

  • CHA's experience managing secure healthcare data environments and integrating complex data sources

  • Epifluence's expertise supporting PQCs through data analytics, quality improvement initiatives, dashboard development, and reporting

  • An existing build of data collection, processing, and reporting for PQCs specifically

Why now?

We recognize that many PQCs want to strengthen their data capabilities but may not have the resources to pursue funding opportunities. Right now, Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) funds are being released across states to help empower exactly these kinds of projects to advance our abilities to improve care with better information. Our team can support the development of grant applications, with the PQC serving as the lead applicant and Epifluence and CHA serving as subcontractors.

This approach can help offset the upfront costs of:

  • Data infrastructure development

  • Dashboard creation

  • Data pipeline implementation

  • Reporting and analytics support

  • Technical assistance and training
